How it works

How Klugg works.

One goal, good material (yours or what Klugg finds for you) and an honest loop: study, practice, review. Scroll and follow each step on Klugg's screen.

1 · Say a goal

Start with one sentence.

Say what you want to learn, in your own words. Klugg proposes a clear goal. You accept it, change it or leave it for later.

2 · The path appears

Six topics, in an order that makes sense.

Your goal becomes a path of topics, each with its own state. Klugg researches public sources to build it. If it finds a better route, it arrives as a new version. Nothing changes without your OK.

3 · Study with citations

Every sentence shows where it came from.

Klugg teaches from what you bring and from sources it finds for you: PDF, Word, web pages, notes, images, even audio and video with transcripts. A citation opens the source at the passage.

When an explanation is not yet checked against your sources, it says so.

4 · Practice, with an honest state

Reading is not learning. Practice is the start.

Klugg writes the questions for you, from the topic itself or from your own past exams. Every attempt gets feedback right away, and the topic moves to Practicing. Practice does not count as proof: demonstrated needs you to show it again, on another day.

Evidence comes from the calibrated assessment, which is off the default path. You can contest any assessment.

5 · It comes back

It comes back before you forget.

Flashcards come back when they are due, and you say how well you remembered. Set hours per week and see if the plan fits.

Reminders show up inside Klugg.

6 · Everything connects

One map of everything you learn.

Every goal adds to your map. A topic that shows up in two goals is one point, with the most you have shown in either of them.

7 · Runs where you are

On your computer, in the terminal, in your editor.

Klugg runs on your machine with the Codex or Claude Code you already use. The CLI and the MCP server bring studying to your terminal and your editor.
